NASA's Texas Space Grant Consortium is one of the recipients of SAP America's Local Partnership Program Grants. The funds will be utilized to enhance space science education to students at the Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired.
Employees of SAP believe that we all share a responsibility to help improve our world. The decisions we make and the actions that we take must be done with an understanding of their impact Ð both locally and globally.
In over 50 countries, SAP people work tirelessly to improve their local communities. As one of the world's largest corporations, SAP seeks to mirror the creativity, diversity, and commitment of their employees. To that end, SAP is actively engaged in projects around the globe that are dedicated to improving the social environment in which we all live and work.
By partnering with NASA's Texas Space Grant Consortium, SAP supports and enhances the learning capabilities of visually impaired students throughout the state of Texas. The funds will be utilized for Science Fun Day and for science workshops to teach visually impaired students about astronomy and the solar system. These funds came from employees in the Dallas and Houston offices.
SAP America employees are making a difference in the lives of others!
